Prices will vary, depending on the quality of the individual puppy, on average from $650 to $850. We do give a one year health guaranty in the sales contract. If you have very specific requirements in what you desire your yorkie to be as an adult (color,size,etc) please let us know and we will be honest with you as to whether or not we think we can help you. To date Susie has demonstrated a remarkable ability to pick out just what people are looking for in a puppy or so our customers tell us.
All of our yorkies live under the same roof with us. They have what was intended to be a mother-in-law suite off my kitchen. It is approx. 800 square feet and has central heat and air like the rest of the home. They have a custom painted floor, loveseat, curtains, greenery etc. The runs on the inside are finished with ceramic tile and have doggy doors with 24-7 access to outside runs.
I want each puppy I sell to go to a caring home that is going to love them as much as I do. All of the work here is done by my husband and myself so we don't have time to show our dogs. While it may be hard to believe, breeders who take care of their babies as they would their own children rarely make the kind of money most people think they do. We are dedicated to the health and happiness of our puppies not titles and ribbons.
I will be more than happy to provide past and present customer references on request, as many as you would like. I think it is very important that you feel comfortable with me as a breeder and trust me as the person who is going to provide you with your next family member. We also encourage you to send us your phone number so we may call you. You can get a much better "feel" for a person talking to them rather than e-mails.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PUPPIES. You must come to our location to pick up your puppy, just outside of FAYETTEVILLE, NC. We are very easy to get to off I-95.
